Buddy Program Meetup

Das Buddy Program im we.are.village richtet sich an die queere Community in Berlin. Unabhängig davon, ob du neu in der Stadt bist oder bereits lange hier lebst, steht der Aufbau persönlicher Beziehungen im Vordergrund. Jedes Treffen beginnt mit einem Check-in und einer Vorstellungsrunde. Die Formate sind offen gestaltet, um echte Gespräche und gegenseitige Unterstützung zu ermöglichen. Ergänzt wird das Angebot durch eine App und ein Matching-System nach Interessen. Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos, eine Anmeldung ist erforderlich.

We will briefly outline our schedule for the evening with clear, accessible formats that support an openness on all topics and real talk. For this September’s session we will focus on topics centered on relaxation. We will bring artifacts from our summer and initiate blind conversations about what these objects mean without context. Then guess who they belong to in the room. More about the program The Buddy Program was created for queer people in Berlin—whether you’re new to the city, you’ve lived here for years and want to share it with others, or you’re already settled but want to deepen your relationships. The Buddy Program values deep connection, meaningful conversation, and community care. Through a combination of in-person meet-ups, online interaction via the we are village app, and interest-based matching, the program creates space for mutual support, deeper connection, and a sense of solidarity.
