Authentic Relating ist eine Praxis zur bewussten Kommunikation. Im Cafe Maggie geht es darum, eigene Wünsche und Bedürfnisse in Interaktion mit anderen zu formulieren. Das Thema des Abends dreht sich um das Aussprechen von Begehren und Zielen. Oft verhindern Scham oder die Angst vor Ablehnung, dass wir unsere Bedürfnisse offen kommunizieren. In dieser Runde erkundest du, wo sich diese Wünsche im Körper zeigen und was passiert, wenn sie ausgesprochen werden. Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse nötig, um an diesem Abend teilzunehmen. Die Veranstaltung basiert auf Spendenbasis. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht erforderlich, wobei ein pünktliches Erscheinen vor Beginn empfohlen wird.

We are starting into a new round of having some human magic happen :) What to expect at an Authentic Games Berlin event? Authentic Relating is embodied communication practice. We search for authenticity – staying true to your needs, feelings and boundaries – while relating to other human beings with their needs, feelings and boundaries. Theme of the evening: Desires & Wants We all wish for something. We all have wants, desires, and dreams. Yet, this common experience is often kept secret under the pile of shame and fear of rejection or judgement. Desires and wants are one of our most vulnerable parts – especially when they relate to another person. Vision of refusal or being laughed at oftentimes keeps us from revealing and in consequence experiencing what we desire. "I want to spend more time with you.", "I'd prefer to go on my own.”, "I want to be your friend.” – sometimes those sentences seems like the hardest thing to say out loud. In this session we will create a container to play with our wants and desires. Where do we keep them in our bodies? What is activated when we thing of them? What can happen if we allow ourselves to express them? As always: Come curious - leave connected. Join us on Monday, 12th Oct 2026 at Café Maggie, Frankfurter Allee 205, 10365 Berlin, 7–9 pm (please come to land up to 15 minutes earlier, as we start at the full hour, doors close at 7 pm) Price The event is donation based.
