This privacy policy provides information about the type, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) in the context of our online services and the websites, functions and content associated with them.

a) Visit of the Website

When you visit the website www.dayt.events, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called “log file”. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • IP address of the requesting computer
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file
  • Website from which the access is made (so-called referrer URL)
  • Date and time of access
  • Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider

The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above. Under no circumstances do we use this data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person. We also use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. You can find more detailed explanations on this in sections 4 and 5 of this privacy policy.

b) Sign up for the newsletter

If you have expressly consented in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. To receive the newsletter, it is sufficient to provide an email address and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. To do so, you can use the link at the end of each newsletter. Of course, you can also send your unsubscribe request at any time to event@mueckenwirt.de by e-mail.

c) Contact form on the website

You can contact us via a form provided on our website. A valid e-mail address is required so that we can respond to your request. Further information can be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted after your inquiry has been dealt with.

 

4. Duration of storage

The personal data collected by us will only be stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as is provided for by the European directives and regulations or another legislator in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject. Once the purpose of storage ceases to apply or these periods expire, the corresponding data is routinely deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

 

5. Disclosure of data to third parties

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only pass on your data to third parties in the following cases:

  • If you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.
  • The disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data.
  • If there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c) GDPR.
  • If this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Data transfer to third countries

In the event of the transfer of personal data to third countries, in particular if these countries do not have an adequate level of data protection recognized by the European Commission, the transfer will only take place in compliance with the legally prescribed guarantees, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us. Cookie policy

We use cookies on our website. These are files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device when you visit our website. Cookies do not cause any damage to your end device and do not contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware.
Information is stored in the cookie that results in each case in connection with the specific end device used. However, this does not mean that we obtain direct knowledge of your identity.

a) Tracking-Tools

The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure a needs-based design and the continuous optimization of our website. We also use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.

b) Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as “Google”; https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) for the purpose of designing and continuously optimizing our website to meet your needs. In this context, pseudonymized user profiles are created and cookies (see section 4) are used. The following data is collected and processed when you visit our website:

  • Browser type/version,
  • Operating system used,
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
  • Host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
  • Time of the server request
This data is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on the activities on the website and to provide further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet for the purposes of market research and demand-oriented design of these Internet pages. This information may also be transferred to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on our behalf. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other Google data. The IP addresses are anonymized so that they cannot be assigned (IP masking). You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of our website.
