This practical workshop focuses on concrete strategies and practical steps for the distribution of already existing pieces. Based on years of experience in international communication, distribution, and tour development, concrete ways will be presented: How to find suitable presenters and partners? How to present your own work specifically? How to build contacts and develop long-term relationships and tours from them? This is not about quick solutions or a patent recipe – sustainable tour development takes time, continuity, and patience. The workshop provides practical tools, experiences, and tips and shows how artists can approach this process strategically and realistically with limited resources.
