A conference for young people aged 18 to 24. Honest career paths, sessions on the future and GenAI, one-to-one coaching and community. Not a careers fair, not a business event. “Und jetzt...?” closes the gap between student counselling and the business stage. People from art, culture, technology, research and entrepreneurship talk about what a finished CV usually leaves out: doubt, failure, detours and the decisions in between. The programme includes talks by Vartan Bassil, Dr. Frederik Pferdt, Alissa Wilms, and others. Participants can put the day together themselves with workshops, 1:1 coaching, and a community party. The ticket also includes access to the “Social Studies” exhibition by Lauren Greenfield.
