Im DNA House geht es um die Grundlagen und fortgeschrittene Techniken des Twerk Dance. Der Kurs vermittelt Bewegungsabläufe, die auf Körperkontrolle und Rhythmusgefühl setzen. Isalina leitet das Training und legt den Fokus auf die Verbindung zum eigenen Körper. Es geht um Kraft und ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten zur Musik. Das Angebot richtet sich an alle Leistungsstufen. Tanzschuhe sind erforderlich, Knieschoner sind optional.
