Es geht darum, das eigene Profil neu zu bewerten, statt bei Null anzufangen. In neunzig Minuten sortierst du deine Kompetenzen und erarbeitest eine klare Strategie für den nächsten Schritt. Der Fokus liegt auf der praktischen Anwendung und der Übersetzung deines Hintergrunds in ein neues Umfeld. Der Austausch findet in einer kleinen Gruppe statt. Neben der inhaltlichen Arbeit bietet der Workshop die Möglichkeit, andere Fachkräfte in ähnlichen Übergangsphasen kennenzulernen.
