Der Halal Club kehrt für eine zweite Ausgabe ins Giri zurück. Das Format bricht mit den Erwartungen an eine klassische Clubnacht und rückt die Aufmerksamkeit für den Klang in den Mittelpunkt. Das Programm kombiniert DJ-Sets mit Live-Performances und Lesungen. Der Fokus liegt auf Texturen und der Art, wie sich Musik über einen längeren Zeitraum entfaltet. Die verschiedenen Beiträge interpretieren das Konzept des Zuhörens auf eigene Weise. Es ist ein Abend, um sich auf die Musik und die Lyrik einzulassen und die Stille im Raum wahrzunehmen.

HALAL CLUB: LISTENING SESSION, VOL. 2 Halal Club returns to Giri for a second listening session. Once again, the evening moves away from the conventions of the club night, creating space for music to be experienced with a different kind of attention. The program brings together DJ sets, live performances and poetry reading, selected around atmosphere, texture and the way sound unfolds over time. The sets are approached as listening experiences, allowing for more space, detail and subtle shifts in sound. The format remains open, with each artist bringing their own interpretation of what a listening session can be: intimate, immersive, experimental or simply slow enough to notice what usually passes by. As a second act: an evening to sit with the music, the words and the space around them, and listen differently.
