Festival of Lights – Opening Night Walk ✨ Social Butterfly Club 🦋

Das Festival of Lights bringt Farbe in die Stadt. Dieser Rundgang führt vom Alexanderplatz über die Humboldt-Universität bis zum Brandenburger Tor. Die Route folgt den Lichtinstallationen im Zentrum. Der Fokus liegt auf dem gemeinsamen Betrachten der illuminierten Gebäude. Da es sich um den Auftakt handelt, ist mit vielen Menschen zu rechnen. Ein gelber Regenschirm dient als Orientierungshilfe in der Menge. Bunte Kleidung hilft dabei, den Anschluss nicht zu verlieren.

Join us for the opening night of the Festival of Lights and explore Berlin glowing in all kinds of colours! ✨ We’ll start the evening by watching the opening of the TV Tower light installation at 19:00 and then walk together through the city centre towards Brandenburg Gate, stopping along the way to admire the illuminations, take photos and enjoy the festival atmosphere. Since it’s opening night, expect it to be crowded! That’s why we have a few tricks to make sure our butterflies don’t get lost. 🦋 🌈 Dress colourful! Wear a colourful jacket, coat or outfit – the brighter, the better! Not only does it fit the Festival of Lights perfectly, it also makes it much easier for us to recognise each other in the crowds. And most importantly: ☂️ Follow the yellow umbrella! I’ll be carrying a yellow umbrella throughout the evening.
