What to expect * A small, moderated exchange space where different experiences and perspectives are welcome. * Through short inputs, guided reflection and conversation, we'll explore how ADHD can show up in sexuality and physical intimacy and exchange experiences, questions and perspectives with each other. * This is primarily a space for conversation and exchange, rather than a workshop or lecture. You don't need to have answers, and you decide at all times what and how much you want to share. Listening is participation, too. The setting * The group is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10 participants. * You don't need an official ADHD diagnosis to join. Self-identification is welcome. * This is a facilitated exchange, not therapy or a therapeutic group. * The meetup is open to FLINTA\* people. We welcome different identities, bodies, sexualities, relationship experiences and ways of experiencing intimacy. Facilitation The exchange will be facilitated by Julia (she/her) and Naomi (they/them). Julia (she/her) is...
