a) Visit of the Website
When you visit the website www.dayt.events, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called “log file”. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:

b) Sign up for the newsletter
If you have expressly consented in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. To receive the newsletter, it is sufficient to provide an email address and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. To do so, you can use the link at the end of each newsletter. c) Contact form on the website
You can contact us via a form provided on our website. A valid e-mail address is required so that we can respond to your request. Further information can be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted after your inquiry has been dealt with.
4. Duration of storage
The personal data collected by us will only be stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as is provided for by the European directives and regulations or another legislator in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject. Once the purpose of storage ceases to apply or these periods expire, the corresponding data is routinely deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.
