With TRANSCENDANCE, Swiss pianist, composer and multidisciplinary artist Mélodie Zhao invites you into a concert-party experience in three chapters. Performing all three sets herself, she brings together classical music, electronic soundscapes and club culture in a shared ritual of transformation. DEATH – Piano recital Virtuosic piano music full of intensity and contrasts opens the journey. TRANSFORMATION – Electroacoustic live set Piano, electronics and voice merge into an atmospheric sound world. The boundaries between concert and party begin to dissolve. REBIRTH – DJ set The journey moves from listening to dancing together — a celebration of life and rebirth. You are part of the experience: dancing, shared breathing exercises and meditative moments invite you to shape the atmosphere of the evening. Join in as much or as little as you like.
